Shipping
We hate wondering what shipping will cost, so we offer a $5.00 shipping flat rate on your order.Phar North orders ship Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We try and spend time outside on Tuesday and Thursdays.You will get USPS, FEDEX or UPS tracking info emailed to you. If you don't, email us at info@pharnorth.com and freak out about how pissed you are!Return Policy
We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days from date of order delivery. At our sole discretion after 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns and exchanges.Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
• without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
• within 30 calendar days of the delivery date
• must not be a special order or a custom order
Order Errors
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
Warranty
Phar North backs its prints, sewing and other construction processes vigorously. We are willing to replace a product found to be defective for 90 days with same product or store credit if affected item is not longer in stock.
